Southern Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The bidder is required to provide details of works completed in the last seven years, including description of work, organization, approximate value of contract, date of award, and date of completion. In case of multiple bidders, the tender may be awarded to the tenderer having done more value of similar work in the last three previous financial years and the current financial year up to the date of opening of tender. The experience certificate should be issued by a person authorized by the public listed company to issue such certificates, and supportive documents/certificates from the organizations with whom they worked/are working should be uploaded. The certificate issued at the level of Sr.DEN/DEN for open line works, Dy.CE for construction organization, and Executive Engineer in case of other departments will be considered. The work experience certificate can be from a government organization or a public listed company with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years.
