The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works, specifically major bridge work, such as ROB/RUB, involving PSC slab/PSC girder/composite girder, with a minimum individual span of 24 meters and a cumulative span length of 45 meters. The bidder must have completed one of the following: (a) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (b) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (c) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the bidder must have completed: (a) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (b) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (c) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. A component in a composite work is considered separate only when its cost is more than 2 crore. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years. The average annual contractual turnover should be at least V/N or "V" whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The bidder needs to submit an Experience Certificate, a list of works executed year-wise during the last three years along with their values, credentials issued by the Department, and documentary evidence from the employer/client showing the contractual amount received. For sub-sectioning eligibility criteria, if the tenderer becomes L-1 in more than one tender, evaluation will consider 35% of the combined value of such tenders for work experience and 150% of the combined value for financial capability.
