Fabrication, Manfacturing & Transportation of precast prestressed concrete elements of M45 grade design mix concrete (i)Fabrication & Manfacturing of prestressed concrete (Pre tensioned) elements such as panel, column etc., as per approved drawing in controlled factory environment with approved methodology by using long line casting method. Concreting should be done by batch mixing plant with capable of producing zero slump concrete, transported through mechanical arrangement & layed on the bed, finishing, curing and also provision of steam curing. cutting , making necessary cutout/holes of required sizes for services in PSC element after achieving required strength yard handling & stacking all complete as per approved shop drawings & design mix as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of HTS wire shall be paid separately under relevant item) (ii) Transportation of precast PSC elements from casting yard to site of work by suitable Truck/Trailor with proper accessories, including the cost of loading, unloading & stacking at site with the help of required capacity cranes. (iii)The rate is inclusive of all ingredients i.e., cement, sand , aggregate, admixtures, water etc., including handling, batching, mixing, transporting, placing and vibrating of concrete, curing, scaffolding, shuttering, form work, mould, staging, lifting arrangement as per approved drawing etc., with all lead and lift with contractor's own labour, tools & plants machineries all taxes etc complete as required for successful completion of the item. Note-1: No payment shall be made for damaged precast elements Note-2: 70% payment shall be made when PSC elements reach to site and balance 30% payment shall be made after erection & placement in position. Note-3 in case of change of size of precast PSC element, payment shall be adjusted on volumetric pro-rata basis " CEO.Drg.No.CE/621 along with CBE Drg.No.CBE/SK/678/2023". 1A PSC Panel (2.045X0.33X.075m)

Erection & Installation of Precast PSC/RCC elements in correct & final position with proper line, level and plumbat site making all arrangements (i.e cranes,push-pull jacks & all other T&P) for lifting, placing, Steel Props for holding in position after Erection & Alignment of elements, 11 within erection tolerance as per IS: 15916 as per approved shop drawings and all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Cost of grouting shall be paid separately). Note-1: The rate is inclusiveof all contractors labour, materials including machineries, tools & plants,etc. complete. Note- 2: Incase of change of size of precast PSC element, payment shall be adjusted on volumetric pro-rata basis. "CEO.Drg.
