The bidder should have satisfactorily completed one similar single service contract for a minimum of 35% of the advertised value of the bid in the last three previous financial years and in the current financial year. The similar single work is defined as "Erection and commissioning or Maintenance of 25 kV AC or higher voltage" overhead equipment. For evaluation, the bidder will be scored based on the completed or ongoing similar service contracts with satisfactory performance, with the following scoring method: - 100 marks if the bidder has completed or received payment for: 1 project >80% of the advertised tender value, 2 projects >50% of the advertised tender value, or 3 or more projects > 40% of the advertised tender value. - 50 marks if the bidder has completed or received payment for: 1 project >50% of the advertised tender value, or 2 projects >40% of the advertised tender value. - 20 marks if the bidder has completed or received payment for 1 project > 40% of the advertised tender value. No marks will be given if all projects are less than 40% of the advertised tender value. A deduction for percentage penalty imposed will be made, reducing the score by a percentage equal to the percentage penalty imposed in the respective contract, with no reduction for percentage penalty less than 5%. Contracts with a percentage penalty more than 20% of the contract value will not be considered for score calculation. The bidder can get 20 marks if they have completed or received payment for 1 project > 40% of the advertised tender value. No marks are given if all projects are less than 40% of the advertised tender value completed. The bidder should submit details of work executed, clearly indicating the nature, scope, actual completion cost, and actual date of completion for such contracts, with a minimum of 35% of the advertised value of the bid.
