The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in construction of Bridge works, Bridge Work’s in Open Foundations, and other civil engineering construction fields. The bidder should also have experience in using heavy earth moving equipment, quality control in compaction of soils, soil and Materials Testing Laboratory, Machanised granular pavement construction, and construction of asphaltic overlays. The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of 40% of the value of contract applied for over the last five years, with a minimum value of 234.32 Lakhs. The bidder should have also successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years, with a minimum value of 234.32 Lakhs. The bidder should have completed certain minimum quantities of works in one year during the last five years, including: - GSB: 1510.00 Cum - WMM: 1158.00 Cum - DBM/BM: 324.00 Cum - BC: 444.00 Cum - PCC/VCC: 205.00 Cum - VRCC: 71.00 Cum - Steel: 4.00 MT. The bidder should have completed works similar in size, nature, and complexity to the envisaged contract, with a value of at least Rs. 585.80 Lakhs. The available bid capacity will be calculated as (A x N x 2 - B), where A is the maximum value of construction works executed in any one year during the last five years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 6 months. The bidder should demonstrate that they have access to or have available liquid assets of not less than 10% of the contract applied for, which is not less than Rs. 60.00 Lakhs, and have a bid capacity to execute the work of greater than 585.80 Lakhs.
