The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor in similar works, such as construction of highways, airfields, and other similar projects. The bidder should have experience in using heavy earth moving equipment, quality control in compaction of soils, and experience in construction of asphaltic overlays, bridge works, and other similar projects. The bidder should have completed works similar in size, nature, and complexity to the proposed contract. The experience in similar nature of work should include the completion of minimum quantities of works, such as 515.00 Cum of GSB, 492.00 Cum of WMM, 501.00 Cum of DBM/BM, and 266.00 Cum of BC, in one year during the last five years. The bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years, with a minimum value of 135.36 Lakhs. The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of 40% of the value of the contract applied for over the last five years, with a minimum value of 135.36 Lakhs. The bidder should demonstrate access to liquid assets or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the contract applied for, with a minimum value of 35.00 Lakhs. The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than 338.40 Lakhs. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have: - Completed a minimum quantity of works, including 515.00 Cum of GSB, 492.00 Cum of WMM, 501.00 Cum of DBM/BM, and 266.00 Cum of BC, in one year during the last five years. - Successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years, with a minimum value of 135.36 Lakhs. - Achieved an average annual turnover of 40% of the value of the contract applied for over the last five years, with a minimum value of 135.36 Lakhs. - Access to liquid assets or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the contract applied for, with a minimum value of 35.00 Lakhs. - A bid capacity to execute the work greater than 338.40 Lakhs.
