The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs.200.27 Lakhs. The bidder should have access to liquid assets, including working capital and cash in hand, of at least Rs.20.03 Lakhs and Rs.80.11 Lakhs. The cash-flow may be taken as 10% of the estimated value of contract/contracts applied for, which is not less than Rs.20.03 Lakhs. The bidder should demonstrate experience in similar nature of work, including the completion of minimum quantities of works, but no specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, it is mentioned that the bidder should have access to or have available liquid assets of not less than 10% of the contract applied for the construction.
