The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience as a Prime Contractor and Sub-contractor, both in their own country and other countries. The bidder should have prior work experience of carrying out satisfactorily work of similar size, nature, and complexity. The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of 40% of the value of the contract applied for over the last five years, which is 126.75 Lakhs. The bidder should have also successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years, which is 126.75 Lakhs. The bidder should demonstrate experience in similar nature of work, including: - GSB: 462.00 Cum - WMM: 575.00 Cum - DBM/BM: 178.00 Cum - BC: 172.00 Cum - PCC/VCC: 312.00 Cum - VRCC: 33.00 Cum - Steel: 3.00 MT The bidder should have experience in similar nature of work, including the following minimum quantities of works completed in one year during the last five years: I. GSB: 462.00 Cum, II. WMM: 575.00 Cum, III. DBM/BM: 178.00 Cum, IV. BC: 172.00 Cum, V. PCC/VCC: 312.00 Cum, VI. VRCC: 33.00 Cum, VII. Steel: 3.00 MT. The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than 316.86 Lakhs. The applicant should have access to liquid assets or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the contract applied for, which is 31.69 Lakhs. For technical personnel, the required experience is: - B.E. Civil Engineering (or) Equivalent degree holder: 1 year of experience - Diploma in Civil Engineering: 5 years of experience
