The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience as a Prime Contractor and Sub-contractor, both in their own country and other countries. The bidder should have experience in specific fields such as construction of Bridge works, Bridge Work’s in Open Foundations, and Machanised granular pavement construction. The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is 185.10 Lakhs, over the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract, which is 185.10 Lakhs, in any one year within the last five years. The experience in similar nature of work should also include the following minimum quantities of works completed in one year during the last five years: I. GSB: 955.00 Cum, II. WMM: 800.00 Cum, III. DBM/BM: 210.00 Cum, IV. BC: 367.00 Cum, V. PCC/VCC: 27.00 Cum, VI. VRCC: 169.00 Cum, VII. Steel: 10.00 MT. The bidder should have completed similar works of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract. For key personnel, a B.E. Civil Engineering (or) Equivalent degree holder with 1 year of experience or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years of experience is required. The bidder should also demonstrate access to liquid assets or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the contract applied for, which is 46.27 Lakhs, and have a bid capacity to execute the work greater than 462.70 Lakhs. Sub-contractors should have 10 percent of the value of the whole works.
