The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in construction of highways and airfields. The bidder should have experience in using heavy earthmoving equipment and quality control in compaction of soils, as well as experience in mechanized granular pavement construction, construction of asphaltic overlays, and construction of bridge works. The bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years, which is Rs. 227.42 lakhs. The bidder should also have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for over the last five years, which is Rs. 227.42 lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should demonstrate experience in similar nature of work, including minimum quantities of works completed in any one year during the last five years, such as: - DBM/BM: 249.42 Cum - BC: 306.25 Cum - PCC/VCC: 48.00 Cum - VRCC/RCC: 310.01 Cum - Granite Stone Slab: 592.00 Sqm - Granite Stone Kerb: 304.00 Rm - Steel: 15.36 MT The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs. 568.54 Lakhs. The bidder should have access to liquid assets (working capital, Cash in hand) and/or credit facilities of at least Rs. 56.86 Lakhs. The required experience includes an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs. 227.42 lakhs, over the last five years, and successful completion of at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract, which is Rs. 227.42 lakhs, in any one year within the last five years.
