The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in highways and airfields, with details of contracts of similar nature to be provided. The bidder should have experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor, with information on the number of years of experience, country, and value of the contract. The bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract (Highways road and/or Bridge works / Airport works contract) at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years, with a value of at least Rs.144.56 Lakhs. The experience in similar nature of work should also include the completion of certain minimum quantities of works in any one year during the last five years, including: - GSB: 355.60 Cubic Metre - WMM: 445.80 Cubic Metre - BM / DBM: 466.00 Cubic Metre - BC: 341.80 Cubic Metre - PCC / VCC: 31.40 Cubic Metre - VRCC: 11.50 Cubic Metre - STEEL: 1.00 Metric Tonne The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs.144.56 Lakhs, over the last five years. The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes: 1. B.E. Civil Engineering (or) Equivalent degree holder with 1 Year experience in similar works. 2. Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 Years experience in similar works. The bidder should demonstrate that they have adequate financial resources to sustain the contract cash flow for one month at the peak construction period, and they should have a minimum annual turnover as per the balance sheet and income tax clearance certificate. The bidder should also demonstrate access to liquid assets (working capital, cash in hand) and/or credit facilities of at least Rs.36.14 Lakhs, which is 10% of the contract applied for, and available bid capacity of more than Rs.361.40 Lakhs.
