The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in construction of highways, airfields, and other civil engineering works. The bidder is required to provide details of their experience in using heavy earthmoving equipment, quality control in compaction of soils, and experience in construction of asphaltic overlays, bridge works, and other specialized fields. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least a certain percentage of the total contract value. The value of the contract is Rs.88.20Lakhs. The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs.220.50Lakhs. The bidder should have access to liquid assets (working capital, cash in hand) and/or credit facilities of at least Rs.22.05Lakhs, which is not less than 10% of the contract applied for the construction.
