The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing a certain quantity of works in any one year during the last five years, with minimum quantities of: - GSB: 670 Cum - WMM: 609 Cum - BM / DBM: 265 Cum - BC: 268 Cum Additionally, the bidder should have: * B.E degree holder in Civil Engineering with One year experience in similar works * Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works The bidder should have achieved average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs.119.12Lakhs, over the last five years. The bidder should have also successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract, which is Rs.119.12Lakhs (40% of Rs.297.80Lakhs), in any one year within the last five years. The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs.297.80Lakhs and the bidder should demonstrate access to liquid assets of at least Rs.29.78Lakhs.
