The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in construction of highways, airfields, and other similar works. The bidder is required to provide details of their experience in using heavy earthmoving equipment, quality control in compaction of soils, and experience in construction of asphaltic overlays, bridge works, and other similar projects. In terms of value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder is required to provide details of the value of the total contract, the value of the work completed, and the percentage of progress. The bidder should also provide information on any penalties, fines, or liquidated damages imposed, along with the amount and explanation. The bidder should have experience in similar nature of work, including minimum quantities of works completed in any one year during the last five years, such as: - GSB: 424 Cum - WMM: 366 Cum - BM / DBM: 105 Cum - BC: 356 Cum - CC / VCC: 51 Cum - RCC: 72 Cum - STEEL: 5 MT The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs.122.92Lakhs, over the last five years. The bidder should have also successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of proposed contract, which is Rs.49.17Lakhs, in any one year within the last five years. The bidder should demonstrate access to liquid assets or credit facilities of at least Rs.30.73Lakhs and have a bid capacity to execute the work of more than Rs.307.30Lakhs. The experience in similar nature of work should include the completion of minimum quantities of works in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should have completed works of similar nature, with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract value, which is Rs.49.17Lakhs.
