The required prior work experience for the bidder includes a B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works and Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years’ experience in similar works. The bidder should have experience in similar nature of work, including Highways, road, and/or Bridge works, with minimum quantities of works completed in any one year during the last five years, such as GSB (Grade III & V) of 778.00 Cum, WMM of 933.00 Cum, BM Patch / BM / DBM of 336.00 Cum, BC / CGPC of 352.00 Cum, VCC / PCC of 39.00 Cum, and VRCC / RCC of 13.00 Cum. The bidder should have achieved average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs. 161.20 Lakhs. The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs. 403.00 Lakhs. The bidder should have access to or have available liquid assets (working capital, cash in hand) and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the contract applied for, which is not less than Rs. 40.30 Lakhs. The bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years, which is Rs. 161.20 Lakhs.
