The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager: minimum 10 years of experience as Project Manager at site - Site Engineer: minimum 5 years of experience as Site Engineer at site - Site Supervisor: minimum 3 years of experience as site supervisor at site The value of similar works completed is Rs.222.50 Lakh. The percentage of the proposed contract value for two works in two agreements is 25%. The annual turnover requirement is Rs.801.00 Lakh. Additionally, the bidder should have completed at least one 'Civil Engineering work of similar nature (Marine work) with a value not less than Rs.222.50 Lakh, including G.S.T, under a single agreement as a prime contractor in any one of the preceding five years. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed two works in two agreements of similar nature with a value not less than 25% of the proposed contract value in any one of the preceding five years. The bidder should also have executed specific quantities of work, including Diaphragm wall Boring (535M2), RCC concrete (496 M3), and Steel (440Qtl), in any one of the preceding five years.
