The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works, such as Stone Break water / Groynes in marine work, with a quantity of 75115.00 MT, and experience in executing works like Stone Break water in marine work, with a quantity of 8,692.50 MT. The bidder should have completed at least one individual Civil Engineering work of similar nature with a value of not less than Rs.181.00 Lakh, including G.S.T, under a single agreement as a prime contractor in any one of the preceding five years. Alternatively, the bidder can have two works in two agreements of similar nature with a value of not less than 25% (each work) of the proposed contract value in any one of the preceding five years. The value of the work completed should be mentioned, along with the actual value of the work executed as per the final bill. The quality of work done should also be mentioned. The bidder should have completed the works within the stipulated period of contract, and any delay in completion should be explained. The bidder should have a minimum of 20% of the value of work for Rs.72.40 lakhs as issued and called-up share capital plus capital reserves. The technical personnel under regular employment of the applicant who can be made available exclusively for this work should include a Project Manager with a B.E. (Civil) degree and minimum Ten years’ experience, two Site Engineers with a B.E. (Civil) degree and minimum Five years’ experience, and two Site Supervisors with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and minimum three years’ experience. The total contract value is Rs.362.00 Lakh, and the contractor is expected to complete 40% of the work within the first 3 months and 60% by the end of 6 months. The bidder should have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least the past "Five" years and should be well-established and reputed Civil Engineering Contractors, registered as a legal entity in India for a minimum period of Five (5) years, and have experience of a minimum of Five (5) years.
