The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last five years. The value of these similar works should be: - one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work - or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work - or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The bidder is required to have prior work experience, with details including: - No. of years of experience as a Prime Contractor, - No. of years of experience in a Joint Venture, - No. of years of experience as a Sub-Contractor, - Details of their experience in similar works. For works above Rs. 10.00 Crores, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum cash of up to 25% of the contract value of the work during its implementation. The bidder also needs to provide evidence of access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities, which is 10% of the contract value, certified by the bankers. The bidder needs to provide details of their available bid capacity, with an undertaking that their available bid capacity is more than the estimated value of the project/work.
