The bidder is required to have experience in similar works, with details to be provided in a specific format. The bidder should have experience as a Prime Contractor, Contractor shouldering major responsibility, or as a Sub-Contractor. The experience can be in the bidder's own country or in other countries. For works above Rs 5,00 Crore, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed in the last five years ending last day of month previous to the one in which bids are invited as a prime Contractor, one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The bidder should provide a list of similar works completed during previous years, duly supported by performance certificates from the authority for whom the work has been completed. The information should include the name of the work, estimated cost, date of start, and date of completion. The bidder should undertake that they will be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation. The available bid capacity should be more than the estimated value of the project/work, with an undertaking to this effect. The bidder should also provide information on their current contract commitments, including the name of the contract, location and nature of the work, contract number and date, percentage and amount of participation, percentage and amount sub-contracted, name and address of the client, contract value, length of the project, stipulated date of completion, and estimated completion date. The bidder's annual turnover from construction works should also be provided for each year, along with testimonials or certified copies of annual reports or certificates in support of their claim. The bidder should provide information on their equipment availability or access commitment, including the item of equipment, requirement, availability proposals, and remarks. The bidder's availability of personnel should also be provided, including the number of persons, educational qualifications, and project or work experience. The bidder should provide details of their soil and material testing laboratory, if any, including the full range of equipment available. The bidder should also provide information on their specialization and interest in fields of civil engineering construction. The bidder should provide details of the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should provide details of their experience in similar works, including the value of the works. The bidder should provide information on the amount of work completed. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have completed one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work for works above Rs 5,00 Crore.
