The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar projects, with specific requirements including: - completion of at least one similar work project of 80% of the total value of the estimated cost put to tender, - or two similar work projects of 50% of the total value of the estimated cost put to tender, - or three similar work projects of 40% of the total value of the estimated cost put to tender. Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least 30% of the tendered quantity of certain works. The bidder should also have working experience of Supply, erection, commissioning of STP/ mechanical composting plant or its operation and maintenance for at least 2 years. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last 5 years. The bidder needs to submit an Experience Certificate verifying the completion of similar work. The required bid capacity should not be less than the estimated tender value, and is calculated as AxNx200B, where A is the maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed, N is the number of years prescribed for the completion of the work, and B is the value of 2024-25 price level of existing commitments and ongoing works.
