8. Solar work: Minimum 3 kwp.

11. Fabrication work: Minimum 7000 kg in single tender.
The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last five years, with the following options:
- Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost.
- Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost.
- One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
The average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost.
Substantial completion is based on 80% (eighty percent) or more works completed under the contract.
The value of work executed is brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
