The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of successfully completing similar works during the last five years. The similar work experience can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also have experience of successful completion and commissioning of specific works, including intake well, connecting pipe, raw water rising main, pure water rising main, and RCC ESR, with specific dimensions and capacities. Substantial completion of similar works shall be based on 80% (value-wise) or more works completed under the contract. The contractor should have necessary experience of mechanical/electrical/automation/particular civil work. If the contractor does not have the necessary experience, they are allowed to have a joint venture with another agency having the experience. The collaborator should have experience in the work mentioned.
