The bidder should have experience of similar nature of works completed during the last seven years. The experience will be evaluated with a maximum score of 20 marks. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least one of the following: - Rs. 11251.00 Lakh for one similar completed work, - Two similar completed works each of value not less than Rs. 8438.00 Lakh, - Or Rs. 5626 Lakh. Additionally, the bidder should have completed one work costing not less than Rs.2813 lakhs executed with the structural system technology as proposed. The bidder should also have successfully completed one work with the structural system technology proposed, with the cost of the structural system not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender, or 30% of the completed cost of the project if separate cost is not available. The similar works should be “Construction of building works with minimum one building of eight storeys including water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, internal electric installation, lift, fire fighting system, fire alarm system, Substation & DG set etc.” with experience of any three out of lift, fire fighting system, fire alarm system, Substation & DG set, E&M specialized works.
