The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works completed, such as construction of building works with a minimum of one building of eight storeys. The similar works can be in the form of: - One completed work of value not less than Rs. 11251.00 Lakh - Two similar completed works each of value not less than Rs. 8438.00 Lakh - One completed work costing not less than Rs.2813 lakhs executed with the structural system technology as proposed by the bidder. For specific subheads of work, the required prior work experience includes: - For DG Set: Three similar works of each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost (₹ 1,88,96,438), two similar works of each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost, or one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost. - For Fire Fighting System: Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost (₹ 4,50,15,370), two similar works of each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost, or one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost. - For Addressable fire Alarm System: Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost (₹ 2,25,07,685), two similar works of each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost, or one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, for subhead C5, the main contractor should engage an experienced firm with: - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost (₹ 90,02,974) - Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost (₹ 1,35,04,611) - One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost (₹ 1,80,06,148) For subhead C6, the main contractor should engage an experienced firm with: - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost (₹ 31,51,075.6) - Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost (₹ 47,26,613.4) - One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost (₹ 63,02,151.2)
