The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in construction works, specifically in building works with a minimum of one building of eight storeys. The bidder should have completed works that include water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, internal electric installation, lift, fire fighting system, fire alarm system, Substation & DG set, etc. The required prior work experience includes: - Two similar completed works each of value not less than Rs. 8438.00 Lakh - One similar completed work of value not less than Rs. 11251.00 Lakh - One completed work costing not less than Rs.2813 lakhs executed with the structural system technology as proposed by the bidder. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should have a minimum value of similar works as mentioned above. The bidder should also have an Average Annual Financial Turnover of Rs.7032.00 Lakh on Civil/Electrical construction work during the last three consecutive years.
