The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have satisfactorily completed as Prime Contractor or sub-contractor during the last five years at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work. For technical personnel, the experience required is: - A. Degree Holder in Civil Engineering: 2 years experience for works up to 5.00 crores, 3 years experience for works above 5.00 crores - B. Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: 3 years experience for works up to 5.00 crores, 3 years experience for works above 5.00 crores - C. W/Supervisor: 3 years experience for works up to 5.00 crores, 3 years experience for works above 5.00 crores - D. Lab Technician: 3 years experience for works up to 5.00 crores, 3 years experience for works above 5.00 crores The value of similar work is mentioned as equal to one-third (one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work. The value of road work completed by the bidder under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in originally stipulated period of completion shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this Sub-Clause. Proposals for subcontracting the components of the Works for construction/up-gradation, aggregating to not more than 25 percent of the Contract Price, are allowed. The bidder should have completed similar works of a value equal to 1/3rd of the estimated cost of the work, which is mentioned as 361.10 Lacs in one instance. The available bid capacity of the bidder will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one financial year during the last five financial years, updated to the price level of the last year at the rate of 8 percent a year. The assessed available bid capacity should be equal to or more than the total bid value excluding maintenance.
