Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing of 3mm thickness APP (Atactic Poly Propylene Polymer ) Superthermoly STP sheet polyester based sheet black finishing including coats of silver paint with cemented surface by following method cleaning the surface with wire brush to make the surface free from all loose particles, dust etc then repairing / making the corner fillets dips with pidicrete URP 301 or equivalent water proofing compound in cement and sand mortar 12mm to 18mm thick and with PCC 1:2:4 mix. (I) Applying with shalitex STP primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr/sq. mt. (II) Mt. by the 3mm thickness APP superthermoly STP black sheets polyester based sheet black finishing manufacture (III) Cut 1" deep groove above the roof surface on the groove with polymer modified mortar (IV) in case of low height parapets, terminate APP superthormoly STP polyester sheets pver the parapet (V) for over lapping of joints, rub the polythylene side of membrane by wire brush, apply shali bond APP over the ribbed area, alow it to the tackly and then fix the bitumenious side of APP superthermolySTP sheet polyester with hot application (VI) for longitudinal and tranverse joint pverlaps of 75mm and 100mm respectively id desired. the vital physical and chemical paramater of the membrane shall as under:- Siftening ppoint of membrane not less them 150*c cold flexiblity shall be upto 0"c when tested in accordance with ASTM, joint strengh in longitudunal and transverse direction at 1223*c as 350/300N/5cm. Tear strenght in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N in 3mm thick, the weight of roll (40KG for 1 mtr bt 10 mtrs) the laying of membrane shall be got done through the certified applicator.
