The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing or substantially completing works of similar nature, with the following specifics: - Three similar completed works valuing not less than 40% (i.e., 122.26 Lacs) for each work. - Two similar completed works valuing not less than 50% (i.e., 152.83 Lacs) for each work. - One similar completed work valuing Rs. 244.52 Lacs for the work. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as 80% (value-wise) for substantial completion, with a minimum value of 122.26 Lacs, 152.83 Lacs, and 244.52 Lacs for the respective works. Substantial completion means works completed up to a minimum of 80% of the allotted value of that work. The works should have been completed during the last seven years, and the work completion certificate(s) should be enclosed for each work, issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. In case of joint ventures, only the applicant's share (by value) is considered to assess fulfillment of this requirement.
