The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work, with a value of at least Rs. 81.28 Lacs, within the last five years. The similar work should be at least 90% completed as on the date of submission. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 90% of the original contract price, and should provide a certificate from the employer to this effect. The bidder should also provide information on the value of similar works completed, including the amount and percentage of work completed. Specifically, the bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years, with a total value considered, and a mention of the contract value in Rs. Lakhs. The bidder's work experience as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor is considered, provided all other qualification criteria are satisfied.
