The bidder's prior work experience is considered based on the quantities of work executed as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor in the past five years. The experience should be in the same name and style, and the sub-contract should have involved the execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one similar type work of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90 % completed as on the date of submission. The bidder is required to provide information on the quantity of work performed, including the type of work, and the value of contracts completed.
