The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work, with a value of at least 40 percent of the proposed contract, within the last five years. The value of the similar work should be at least 40 percent of the proposed contract value, which is Rs. 36.68 Lacs. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90 percent completed as on the date of submission. The bidder must have prior work experience of similar nature over the last five years and the current year before the submission of the bid. For individual bidders, the total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years is required. In the case of a joint venture, the lead partner must meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria, with other joint venture partners' experience considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria.
