The bidder should have prior work experience as a prime contractor on works of a similar nature over the last five years. They should have completed works with a value of Rs. Crore. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing at least one contract of Building (RCC Frame structure G+1), of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Additionally, they should have completed one similar work (RCC building Frame Structure (G+1)) amounting to Rs. 139.00 Lakh. The similar work experience should be in the construction of any building project having an RCC framed structure done for State or Central Government or Semi-Government. The bidder should also provide a detailed statement year-wise of their similar work experience over the last five years. The Project Manager should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction of similar civil engineering works. The bidder should also provide information on the total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years, in Rs. Lakhs. The annual financial turnover should be Rs. 379.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years. The bidder should invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract.
