The bidder should have experience in successfully completing at least one contract of Building (RCC Frame structure G+1), of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The bidder should have completed one similar work (RCC building Frame Structure (G+1)) amounting to Rs. 182.00 Lakh. The value of similar works completed should be at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract. The bidder should have similar work experience of last five years. The bidder's experience in the construction of any building project having RCC framed structure done for State or Central Government or Semi-Government is required. The bidder should have experience in at least one similar work. The Annual Financial Turnover should be Rs. 496.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years. The cumulative work on hand along with a copy of work orders is required. The percentage of similar works completed is 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract, and the amount is Rs. 182.00 Lakh for one similar completed work.
