The bidder should have experience in successfully completing at least one contract of Building (RCC Frame structure G+1), of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Specifically, the bidder should have completed one similar work (RCC building Frame Structure (G+1)) amounting to Rs. 137.00 Lakh. The value and percentage of similar works completed should be at least 40 percent of the proposed contract value. The bidder should also have similar work experience of last five years, with a detailed statement year-wise, along with signed and sealed completion certificates. One similar completed work (RCC building Frame Structure G+1) is required, with a completion certificate or 3A certificate issued by a competent government or semi-government authority. The bidder should have prior work experience in the construction of any building project having RCC framed structure done for State or Central Government or Semi-Government. The bidder's annual financial turnover should be at least Rs. 373.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years. The bidder should also have experience in electrical work, and the experience should be similar to the work being bid on. The bidder should have an MOU with an Electrical Contractor having a minimum "B" Class registration with R&B dept. Government of Gujarat / CPWD Govt. of India, and the Electrical Contractor should have a registration certificate of minimum "B" Class registration with R&B dept. Government of Gujarat. The bidder should invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract.
