The bidder should have experience in successfully completing at least one contract of Building (RCC Frame structure G+1), of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The required prior work experience includes a Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The value and percentage of similar works completed include at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract. A specific example of prior work experience is the construction of any building project having RCC framed structure done for State or Central Government or Semi-Government, with one similar work (RCC building Frame Structure (G+1)) amounting to Rs. 107.00 Lakh. The bidder should also have a similar work experience of last five years, with a cumulative work on hand along with a copy of work orders. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of the annual value of contract/contracts applied for in any one year, over the last five years. For example, the annual financial turnover of the bidder should be Rs. 291.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years. The bidder should also provide information on the total value of Civil engineering constructions Work performed in the last five years, and the value of contracts completed, along with the stipulated period of completion, actual date of completion, and remarks explaining reasons for delay and work completed.
