The bidder should have experience in successfully completing at least one contract of Building (RCC Frame structure G+1), of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract value, within the last five years. Specifically, the bidder should have completed one similar work (RCC building Frame Structure (G+1)) amounting to Rs. 105.00 Lakh. The bidder should have similar work experience of last five years, with a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 286.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years. The bidder should also have access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract/contracts applied, and bank solvency of 20% of the estimated value of the package. A completion certificate or 3A certificate issued by a competent government or semi-government authority is also required, along with a cumulative work on hand statement and a detailed statement year-wise of similar work experience of the last five years.
