The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in successfully completing at least one contract of Building (RCC Frame structure G+1), of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature, with a value of at least the estimated cost of the works being bid on. One similar completed work (RCC building Frame Structure (G+1)) amounting Rs. 108.00 Lakh is required. The Annual Financial Turnover shall be Rs. 294.00 Lakh in any one year out of last five financial years. The bidder should also have a similar work experience of last Five years, with a cumulative work on hand along with a copy of Workorders. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the current price level. The bidder should also have a sound financial position, with liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract. The bidder's prior work experience is assessed based on the value of works completed, with a calculation of available bid capacity as (A*N*2-B), where A is the maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years, B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works, and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works. A detailed statement year-wise is required, along with signed and sealed completion certificates or 3A certificates issued by competent government or semi-government authorities. The bank solvency certificate should be for an amount equal to 20% of the estimated value of the package.
