The bidder should have experience in successfully completing at least one contract of Building (RCC Frame structure G+1), of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The bidder should have completed one similar work (RCC building Frame Structure (G+1)) amounting to Rs. 107.00 Lakh. The bidder should also have a similar work experience of last five years, with a detailed statement year-wise, along with signed and sealed completion certificates. The percentage of similar works completed is 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract. The amount of similar works completed should be at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract. The bidder's prior work experience is assessed based on the maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years, taking into account completed as well as works in progress. The annual financial turnover of the bidder should be Rs. 292.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years. The bidder should also have a cumulative work on hand, with a detailed statement year-wise, along with signed and sealed work orders. One similar completed work (RCC building Frame Structure G+1) is required, with a Completion Certificate / 3A Certificate issued by a Competent Govt. /Semi Govt. Authority duly signed and Seal. The bidder should have prior work experience in the construction of any building project having RCC framed structure done for State or Central Government or Semi-Government. The bidder should have a sound financial position, with liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract, and the audited balance sheets for the last five years should demonstrate long-term profitability. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total estimated cost of the works. The maximum amount of work awarded to a service provider is based on their R&B registration class, with a maximum amount of up to Rs. 75 crore for "B" class, Rs. 100 crore for "A" class, and Rs. 150 crore for "AA" class, or the bid capacity, whichever is less. The bidder should also have a bank solvency amounting to 20% of the estimated amount, valid up to the bid validity period.
