The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in monthly placement of important items, mobilising large value contracts with modern technology, and deployment of latest heavy construction equipment. The bidder should have completed similar type and magnitude of work during the last five years. Details of experience in similar type of work carried out by the contractor are to be provided, including agreement number, amount of work done, date of completion, and concerned Executive Engineer's office details. The bidder needs to provide information on the annual turnover, with the maximum value of annual turnover/civil/mechanical/electrical works executed in any one year during the last three years. The bidder should have executed Construction of Earthwork & Concrete Lining of minimum quantities of certain items in a single year during the last five years, including: 1. Excavation: 15383.00 Cum (30% of 51275.00 Cum) 2. Embankment: 19032.00 Cum (30% of 63441.00 Cum) 3. Cement Concrete Lining: 1691.00 Cum (30% of 5638.00 Cum) Additionally, the bidder should have completed a similar type of work, i.e., construction of earthwork and lining, with a minimum cost of 30% of the similar type of work, which is Rs. 272.34 Lakhs (30% of the cost of similar type of work). The bidder is also required to provide details of work done certificates of similar type and magnitude carried out by the contractor during the last five years, signed by the Executive Engineer. However, specific amounts and percentages of similar works completed are not consistently provided, except for the 30% requirement mentioned above. If the Price Bid quoted by the tenderer is less than 90% of the estimated cost, the tenderer shall furnish detailed justification of their offer.
