The bidder should have prior work experience of satisfactorily completing works of similar magnitude. The required experience includes: - At least one work of similar nature costing not less than 80% of the bid value, - Or two works of similar nature each costing not less than 50% of the bid value, - Or three works of similar nature each costing not less than 40% of the bid value. The bidder must have completed similar works with a value equal to or more than the total bid value. The works should have been completed during the last seven consecutive financial years in government, semi-government, public sector undertakings, limited companies, or other similar organizations. The bidder should submit a list of such works along with certificates. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the price level of the last year at the rate of 8 percent per year. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 80% of the bid value for one work - 50% of the bid value for two works - 40% of the bid value for three works - 8 percent per year for updating the price level.
