The bidder should have prior work experience of carrying out works of similar magnitude satisfactorily. The bidder is required to have prior work experience, specifically, they must have completed works satisfactorily during the last seven consecutive financial years in Govt/Semi Govt/Public Sector undertaking/Limited company and others. The experience should be in similar nature of work, with the following requirements: - One work of similar nature costing not less than 80% of the bid value, - Or two works of similar nature each costing not less than 50% of the bid value, - Or three works of similar nature each costing not less than 40% of the bid value. Additionally, the assessed available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the price level of the last year at the rate of 8 percent per year. The bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value. The value of existing commitments and ongoing works should be countersigned by the Engineer In charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent. The bidder should provide a list of these works, along with certificates and attested copies of similar nature of work.
