M&S FOR CCTV, ACS, PIDS, ANPR, INTERCOM & UPS SYSTEM AT VARIOUS QP ONSHORE & OFFSHORE LOCATIONS-QP intends to place existing operational CCTV, ACS, PIDS, ANPR, INTERCOM, and UPS systems as well as future similar systems that will be handed over to ICT for support during the duration of Contract at Onshore and Offshore operational locations under a full HARDWARE ONLY maintenance and support services CONTRACT on Call-off basis for a period of five (5) years to ensure 24x7 availability of all systems and services in support of Operations. Note: All software and integration related maintenance and support of above systems are excluded from the scope as this is covered under a separate Software only support CONTRACT. MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVICES FOR HVAC, REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT AT QP OFFSHORE LOCATIONS-CONTRACTOR shall carry out the Replacement and Maintenance of HVAC and Refrigeration Equipments at Halul, PS2, PS3 & NFA including NSS-FMB CONTRACTOR shall supply all labour, services, supervision, testing, tools, material, spare parts and each and every items of expense necessary for the performance of services on call-off contract basis for the period of five (5) years. PROPOSED START DATE: 01/09/2018

PROVISION OF GEOTECHNICAL SITE INVESTIGATION, SOIL TESTING & RIG POSITIONING SERVICES AT OFFSHORE LOCATIONS-PROVISION OF GEOTECHNICAL SITE INVESTIGATION, SOIL TESTING & RIG POSITIONING SERVICES AT OFFSHORE LOCATIONS CONTRACTOR shall provide CONTRACTOR personnel, services, equipment, tools and each and every item of expense necessary for the provision of Geotechnical Site Investigation, Soil Testing Services and Rig Positioning Services fit for the purpose of Offshore Jack-Up Drilling Rigs Installations at offshore SITE on Call-Off basis for a period of 3 years / 5 years.

PROVISION OF SLICKLINE EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES FOR OFFSHORE AND ONSHORE OPERATIONS.-1. Contractor shall provide all management, services, supervision, testing, tools, inspections, maintenance, repair, redress, transportation, consumables, support facilities, associated services, Contractor Items, Contractor Personnel, Contractor Information and each and every item of expense necessary for provision of Slickline equipment and services in in the Onshore and Offshore QP operated fields, on Call-Off basis. 2. The range of Services shall be performed in accordance with Appendix-A (Scope of Services and Specifications), internationally recognized Oil Industry Standards, API VT-5 latest edition and all applicable standards and requirements. 3. Contract duration for the Services shall be five (5) years with additional two (2)months for initial mobilization and inspection commencing from the Effective Date of the Contract.

MAJOR OVERHAUL OF OIL STORAGE TANKS T-5002/6/7/9/50 IN HALUL-Contractor shall provide trained and qualified manpower, materials, services, supervision, testing, equipment, tools and each and every items of expense necessary to carry out the major overhaul repair works on Crude Oil storage Tanks T-5009 / T-5050 / T-5007 / T-5006 / T-5002 at Halul Island. Contract Duration shall be sixty seven (67) months.

CALL-OFF CONTRACT FOR BOLT TORQUING / TENSIONING FOR FIVE (5) YEARS AT VARIOUS QP LOCATIONS-The Scope of Services include the supply of all labor, services, supervision, equipment, tools and transportation necessary to undertake bolt torquing/tensioning services on call off basis for Various QP Locations viz, Section I - Refinery(OCR), Section II - Dukhan (OGD)and Section III - Mesaieed Operations (OGM, ONM & ODM). [Total three(3) areas/locations]. The Contract Duration will be Five (5) calendar years from the Effective Date.
