PROVISION OF SLICKLINE EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES FOR OFFSHORE AND ONSHORE OPERATIONS.-1. Contractor shall provide all management, services, supervision, testing, tools, inspections, maintenance, repair, redress, transportation, consumables, support facilities, associated services, Contractor Items, Contractor Personnel, Contractor Information and each and every item of expense necessary for provision of Slickline equipment and services in in the Onshore and Offshore QP operated fields, on Call-Off basis. 2. The range of Services shall be performed in accordance with Appendix-A (Scope of Services and Specifications), internationally recognized Oil Industry Standards, API VT-5 latest edition and all applicable standards and requirements. 3. Contract duration for the Services shall be five (5) years with additional two (2)months for initial mobilization and inspection commencing from the Effective Date of the Contract.
