UPDATE OF EIS FOR ALL PROJECT DOSSIERS IN DUKHAN OED-TECHNICAL LIBRARY-Dukhan Operations have identified the requirement to update EIS by making the as-built documents for the equipment searchable by its tag number. The Dukhan OED-Technical Library currently contains around 670 projects with project dossier. Each project dossier has a varying number of volumes. Project dossiers may have either hardcopy or softcopy or both. Project dossiers hardcopy are maintained in library shelves in Dukhan OED- Technical Library. Project dossier softcopy are maintained in CDs/Diskettes/EIS. The equipment tag key lists can be taken either from hardcopy or softcopy of project dossiers in Dukhan OED-Technical Library.

MAINTENANCE OF ELEVATORS, ESCALATORS & LIFTING EQUIPMENT AT MIC-The SERVICES generally consist of the periodic inspection and preventive maintenance services and attending breakdown callouts including repair or replacement of any damaged or defective parts, periodic functional tests and load tests of existing EQUIPMENT (hereinafter referred as the SERVICES)

MAINT.WORKS OF NON-SHUTDOWN SENSITIVE STATIC EQUIP AT VARIOUS LOCS FOR GAS OPS-Contractor shall undertake the maintenance works of static equipment, valves and related pipe-works in NGL-1, NGL-2, NGL-3, NGSF, NGL-4 plants, storage and loading facilities and common utilities located within the NGL complex, NGTT facilities at Mesaieed Industrial Area and NGDS facilities in Raslaffan, Doha and Mesaieed as specified in the Scope of Services.Contractor shall carry out the services when the plant/units are in operation but the equipment will be isolated. Contractor shall take utmost care in executing the activities and all safety requirements specified shall be strictly followed. The services shall generally consists of spading, despading, insulation removal/replacement of insulation, inerting, opening up, cleaning, mechanical works, closing, testing, painting, lining, scaffolding and other miscellaneous works as may be directed by QP. The services include the defined scope services and the call-off scope services and shall be for a period of five (5) calendar years.
