M&S FOR CCTV, ACS, PIDS, ANPR, INTERCOM & UPS SYSTEM AT VARIOUS QP ONSHORE & OFFSHORE LOCATIONS-QP intends to place existing operational CCTV, ACS, PIDS, ANPR, INTERCOM, and UPS systems as well as future similar systems that will be handed over to ICT for support during the duration of Contract at Onshore and Offshore operational locations under a full HARDWARE ONLY maintenance and support services CONTRACT on Call-off basis for a period of five (5) years to ensure 24x7 availability of all systems and services in support of Operations. Note: All software and integration related maintenance and support of above systems are excluded from the scope as this is covered under a separate Software only support CONTRACT. This Tender shall als have provision for split award for the following categories: 1. Group A - CCTV and ANPR 2. Group B - PIDS 3. Group C - ACS, Intercom & UPS.
