The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in executing works related to any Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) with a completed work value of at least 33% of the Value of Work, construction of large water supply and sewerage projects, and using heavy earth moving machinery, machineries for pipe laying, and installation of pumping machinery. The bidder should have a consistent history of completing works without litigation and no association with the consultant or any other entity that has prepared the design, specifications, and bidding documents for the project. The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - A minimum value of 33% of the estimated contract value - Average annual turnover of civil engineering works executed in the last five years, updated to the current price level, with a minimum average annual turnover of Rs 664.28 lakhs - Completed works with a value of at least 33% of the estimated contract value - The bidder should have experience in joint ventures, with details of the joint venture, including the name and address of the joint venture, lead firm, partner/member of the JV, responsibility of planning, construction equipment, and execution of the work of each JV partner. The bidder should provide documentary proof such as completion certificates issued by the owner for completed works, or an attested copy of the progress report issued by the owner for ongoing works, showing details of contracts already held by the bidder. The bidder should also provide information about the past experience of executing works of similar complexity, including a copy of the document for exhibiting the past experience of executing works of similar complexity. The bidder should have a minimum of 10% of the bid value as liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities, and should provide an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum cash of 25% of the contract value of works during the implementation of works. A solvency certificate is required to be produced by the Bidder for an amount equal to 25% of the estimated cost put to bid.
