The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having successfully completed similar works, where similar work means "Construction of RCC framed structure of any no. of storeys building including internal water supply, sanitary installations, and internal electrical installations executed under one agreement." The bidder should have completed: * Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 5,22,58,232.00 (40% of the estimated cost of the project) * OR two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 6,53,22,790.00 (50% of the estimated cost of the project) * OR one similar work costing not less than Rs. 10,45,16,464.00 (80% of the estimated cost of the project) The estimated cost of the project is Rs.13,06,45,580.00/-. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last Seven years, with a value of at least 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar works will be evaluated for 20 marks, and the bidder must secure at least 50% marks in this section to be eligible for shortlisting. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work is 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, with pro-rata basis for in-between values.
