The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works, each of value not less than 40% of the specialized works. - Alternatively, two similar completed works, each of value not less than 50% of the specialized works. - Or, one similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the specialized works. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 40% of the specialized works for three similar completed works - 50% of the specialized works for two similar completed works - 80% of the specialized works for one similar completed work In terms of specific amounts, the following are mentioned: - Rs.288.74 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project for three similar works - Rs.360.93 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project for two similar works - Rs.577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project for one similar work - Estimated cost of the project: Rs.721.85 L - Estimated cost for specialized work: Rs. 33.7768 lakh The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
