The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed a certain amount of civil engineering construction work in the last five years. The bidder should have completed works of similar complexity over the last 5 years as a prime contractor. The bidder should have experience in executing works related to any Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) having completed work value equal to or more than 33% of the Value of Work. The bidder should have completed work value equal to or more than 33% of the Value of Work at the price level of the year of bidding in a single contract. For individual bidders and partnership firms, the total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years is required, with specific values for each year: 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25. The bidder must have experience of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) in designing and executing along with operation & maintenance of any proven technology. The bidder shall provide evidence that, during the last 5 years, it has been actively engaged in executing works related to STP. The cost of completed work for previous years shall be given weightage of 10.00% per year to bring them to the current price level. The bidder should have a minimum of five years of experience as a profit-making entity. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the average value of civil engineering works executed in the last five financial years, updated to the current price level, and the number of years prescribed for completion of the work. The bidder needs to provide a scanned copy of the list of men power with their designation and qualification proposed to be deployed for the execution of work, and a scanned copy of the original qualification certificate of the Engineer to be employed by the bidder for the work. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder needs to have: - A minimum average annual turnover of Rs 253.16 lakhs (approximately 50% of the bid value) over the last 5 financial years. - Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than 10% of the bid value. - A solvency certificate for 25% of the estimated cost put to bid. - Evidence of access to lines of credit and availability of other resources facilities for 10% of the contract value.
