Other Characteristics The bidder is required to have prior work experience in construction, specifically in civil engineering construction work, including: - Completion of at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 197.97 Lakh (Rupees one hundred ninety seven lakhs ninety seven thousand) only in the role of prime contractor in the last five financial years. - Successful completion of 34.90 MT of steel reinforcement in one or more contracts in any one year of the last five years. - Successful completion of a minimum 15.20 m depth of well in one or more contracts/projects in any one year of the last five years. The bidder should have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Rs. 247.47 Lakhs (Rupees two hundred forty seven lakhs forty seven thousand) in at least two of the last five financial years.
